Graeme Dewar BSc (Hons) MRICS MaPs Director

Since starting the company in 2007, Graeme has developed a specialist knowledge of the insurance sector working on both commercial and residential losses including fire, flood, subsidence and insurance surge situations.

Graeme has established an extensive network of specialist consultants and contractors so can provide insurers, loss adjusters and policy holders with a ‘one stop shop’ solution.

Outside of work, Graeme is an integral member of Royal Tunbridge Wells Round Table, a registered charity. Over the past seven years, Graeme has organised an annual firework event in the town raising over £100,000.00 for local charities.

Matt Mather BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director

Matt has worked extensively for public sector clients and registered social landlords establishing a specialist knowledge of housing maintenance, repair and improvement, conversion and remodelling. Matt has developed expertise in the ECO sector and was the key member of a team instrumental in a research and development project of sensible low-cost, low-carbon improvements combined with resident engagement strategies. The project was recognised by both Constructing Excellence and Sustainable Housing and won multiple awards nationally.

Outside of work, Matt is a volunteer for Newhaven all weather Lifeboat having qualified as a RNLI search and rescue navigator. During his time with the RNLI, Matt has taken part in many charity fund raising activities including completion of the South Downs 100 mile cycle ride and completed a 60 mile coast to coast kayak challenge from Fort William to Inverness in just 2 days.

Steve Roper BSc (Hons) FRICS
Director

Steve has experience of a wide variety of design, project management and professional services instructions and has successfully delivered large value projects, managing teams of other professionals and experts including large value conversions and complex new builds.

Steve has established a specialist knowledge of supported housing and has been personally involved in the design and delivery of schemes providing accommodation for sheltered/older people, extra care, dementia, domestic violence, mental health, learning difficulties, chronic physical disability, foyers and young people with complex needs.

Outside of work Steve is involved with 2 equestrian charities, is a Shire Horse Society panel judge and exhibits his horses across the country.
