We are conversant with the principles of Prince 2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) and use this method and other tools such as MS Project to aide us with development of a program, management of resources and control of project risk.
On numerous occasions our early appointment has enabled us to influence the design of schemes in order to achieve better value for our clients. Our pragmatic approach to design ensures that buildability is given due consideration leading to reduced contract programs and providing cost savings for our clients.
