Our understanding of project management is fundamental to the success of the construction projects we undertake.

Whether undertaking a dedicated Project Manager commission or working on a construction project our employees are highly trained with excellent project management and organisational skills.

We have undertaken Project Management commissions on large scale high value projects including the management of other professionals and formation of multi-disciplined design teams. The lessons learnt and methodology we apply are equally relevant to smaller projects so they are approached in the same way. We fully understand the importance of effective project planning and champion its implementation early in the process. We can adjust the emphasis of our approach to enforce our client’s key drivers whether they be budget, program or quality and offer a proactive service from our appointment in order to be able to fully influence the outcome of the project.

We are conversant with the principles of Prince 2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) and use this method and other tools such as MS Project to aide us with development of a program, management of resources and control of project risk.

On numerous occasions our early appointment has enabled us to influence the design of schemes in order to achieve better value for our clients. Our pragmatic approach to design ensures that buildability is given due consideration leading to reduced contract programs and providing cost savings for our clients.
