Brief Description – Developer lead scheme to build two 3 bed houses, and a block of eight 1 bedroom flats in place of a St John’s training hall. We have been involved in the project from early on insuring that issues on the site, such as proximity to domestic properties and an operational church as well as very limited access, have minimally impacted the project. We are now working on a Monitoring Surveyor basis, viewing the progress monthly to insure the contractor is complying with the design, and valuating the works alongside the Monitoring Surveyor for the funder.

Project Title – Kingston Road, New Malden
What we’re appointed as – Monitoring Surveyor, CDM Coordinator

Brief Description – Developer lead scheme to build four new 3 bedroom town houses and under croft garages. A number of design issues arose during construction including site location constraints, new power and services to the site and ground conditions. We we’re involved in the timber frames and their installation involving a large crane and road closures. As a Monitoring Surveyor we chaired monthly progress meetings as well as making sure the plans were complied with on site.
